Operating mode of the distributor:
Once detected, the client will push a red button to activate the distribution of an encoded magnetic ticket, printed with date and hour. The tickets collection produces the opening of the barrier.
The distributor has been developped for all applications which require the use of a magnetic ticket (conform or not to the ISO standard).
From a folded-paper stock at the back of the distributor, the equipment cuts, encodes, verifies and prints a ticket in less than 1,2 sec.
Its mechanical conception even allows to put the ticket in a waiting mode so that another ticket, document or card could be read.
The ticket distributor is constituted by the following parts:
- 2 motors controlled by an electronic card.
- 1 set of photoelectrics cell to identify the ticket location and determine the cut position.
- 1 mechanical switch to detect the end of stock and make the automatic loading of a new stock.
- 1 electromagnet to move the switching flap.
- 1 magnetic encoding reader.
2 tracks for standard, up to 3 in option.
- 1 inkjet printer set in 3 different positions and allows the
printing of 36 character lines |
